Field Service Technician

Are you ready for an exciting challenge as a Field Technician at IVECO Defence Vehicles? We are looking for someone who wants to be a key player in our team and contribute to improving vehicle availability and customer satisfaction in Sweden.

What does the role involve? 

As a Field Technician, you’ll guide and support our customers in the use of our vehicles, manage contractual requirements and milestones, and oversee and coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance. You’ll also collaborate with authorized dealers and workshops to maximize vehicle availability, anticipate customer needs, and propose improvements to develop IVECO DV in Sweden. Be prepared to travel up to 70% of the time, with flexible working hours according to customer needs and planned activities.

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Swedish and English (Italian is a plus).
• Has experience in field service and good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and electronics.
• Is skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Has a strong sense of customer service and can build trustful relationships.
• Can work independently and in a team, and respects confidentiality.

Flexible location within Sweden! 

This position involves up to 70% travel and the remaining time is home office. We are open to you being based anywhere in Sweden. We value your skills and commitment, no matter where in the country you are located.
