Aftermarket Manager - Norway

Iveco Bus is looking for an Aftermarket manager Norway.

The main function is to support the Aftermarket to authorized dealers, workshops, and customers. With support from relevant departments such as Technical Helpdesk, Parts & Service, Training, Sales, and Network, you will ensure the delivery and service of buses via authorized workshops, or at the operator's own workshop. Your starting point will be at our office in Bærum, or at your home office, and you will report to Head of Aftermarket for bus, in the Nordic region.

Area of ​​responsibility:

As our new Aftermarket Manager - Norway, you will provide support to the sales department in connection with bidding as well as contributing to the calculation of service and repair agreements, and implementation. You will also coordinate transport, prepare and deliver new buses to customers and assist with the implementation of new workshops.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Internal reporting to central departments about projects and challenges
  • Implementation of technical campaigns
  • Follow-up on meetings with dealers, workshops, partners and customers
  • Implementation of agreed policies, programs and processes at retailers
  • Coordinate and perhaps supervise training and use of Iveco's systems
  • Support workshops with warranty and complaint processing
  • Coordination between customers and relevant internal departments and functions in Copenhagen and Italy

 

About you:

We are looking for a customer-oriented, decisive and solution-oriented profile with experience within the transport industry. You are outgoing and have a positive approach to work. In addition, you have an education in technology or spare parts with good IT skills as well as good communication and performance skills.
